Title: NC: NC 8, NC 49, NC 109, NC 153, and NC 740 Point Concerns

NC 8:  I think NC740_N should maybe be NC740_S.

NC 49: 
1.  SwaAve>-SwaAve_W
2.  Should the OldNC49 suffixes be S and N instead of W and E?

NC 109: I-85BL>-US29/70

NC 152: 
1.  NC153_W>-NC153.  NC153_E>-MainSt.
2.  I-85(68)>-I-85

NC 740:  Consider replacing shaping points with visible points (and maybe flip?).
