Title: OH: OH-53 duplicate label issue

OH-53 currently has a duplicate label of 'OH67'.

Thankfully, it's not currently 'in-use' but should be addressed ASAP to prevent possible future issues.

oh.oh053 OH67 DUPLICATE_LABEL This is always a true error and cannot be marked false positive.

Thanks for catching that. I wondered how that made it through the extensive update I did to all the Ohio routes earlier this year, then discovered it wasn't my edit. Fixed now; that OH67 alt label wasn't needed there for any reason.
