Title: AR: US 412 realignment in Hoxie/Walnut Ridge and creation of US 412 Business

Based on some GSV imagery, it looks like US 412 has been realigned from its old alignment through Walnut Ridge on a southern bypass around Hoxie along US 63 and US 67. The old route appears to be signed as US 412 Business (https://maps.app.goo.gl/cz4yPbnTuma3Uzru7). OSM also confirms the change.
