Title: KY: KY-9007 exit number issue

2 -> 1 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/rabzjz3aqdCFFoe56)  (Changed between July '18 & March '21 per GSV.)

Sadly, this will break list files, as '1' is currently hidden under Exit 0, thus will require a news entry.
