Seems the route is unsigned between US-62 & I-24/69 along the old segment of the Purchase Parkway.
WB I-24 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Wkb5G38No2QaQXQh8) call the exit just 'TO US-62'. Same with EB I-24 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/x8FQMY2SoYQCy2dP9), except it omits the 'TO'.
Aug/Sep '23 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/5eFgL1fFjd19qizp8) imagery along the route of the old 'Purchase Parkway' shows 0 KY-1523 signs, except for a JCT shield for KY-1523 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/LS8Sdn6i9C1KNbxM6).
Signage @ the US-62 intersection only shows KY-1523 heading North from it, and to the South, just 'TO I-24/69' shields (https://maps.app.goo.gl/j9kAHhag8mhd6NhKA).
So, what should we do here? Consider it still part of the Purchase Parkway, albeit, hidden due to the Exit being #1A/B/C and there still being a MM-1 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/yKa9oUgcf3CyaVmz7) to allow it to somehow stay on the site. Or should we just shorten KY-1523 and have nothing there and consider it a long exit ramp that just happens to have exit numbers posted?

We should do nothing. KYTC says it's KY 1523. It's signed, just not for one segment.
