The federal roads through Marktoberdorf have been removed from the latest toll table, valid from July 1st.
B472 does now begin at a roundabout just east of Marktoberdorf: https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?r=deuby.b472&lat=47.772214&lon=10.631697&zoom=16
B16 is now interrupted from here to B12 north of Marktoberdorf. It would make sense to route it on concurrency with B472 to north of Bertholdshofen (its bypass was opened in late 2022), and further via the district road to B12. However, that's not confirmed (it's possible that I misread the toll table). I need to wait till baysis (https://www.baysis.bayern.de/webgis/synserver?project=webgis) will be updated.

The toll table, valid from September 1st, indicates that the western segment of B472 (Marktoberdorf-Bertholdshofen) is B16 now. Thus, B472's west end is at the roundabout north of Bertholdshofen now. The previously created gap in the B16 route is eliminated now by upgrading the OAL5 district road connecting both B16 segments. The Bavarian baysis map is not yet updated. Thus, I'll wait till it confirms the federal toll table data.
Edit 2024-11-25: baysis is still indicating the "old" dedications.

baysis is off since 2024-07-12 due to a major SW upgrade. Thus, I asked the road authority for the actual dedication. I got the map, screenshot attached. Changes will be in HB shortly: https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/8139

B472 is St2008 now. The former B16 through Marktoberdorf is St2008 (southern segment) or district road (northern segment) or local administration (in-between).
