Title: FL: two points in the Sarasota area

If we could add points at Honore Ave for FL 758 and FL 72, I would make use of them.  This was my bypass of some traffic trouble on I-75 today.

Looks like a reasonable addition to each route.  Also threw it into FL-780's file as well.
