Title: OH: I-490 End

I thought this was fine as-is because I-490 is still signed here (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.4798891,-81.6498493,3a,75y,53.72h,90.24t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sNx_Ap-KveQow6fsmk8RrLQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?coh=205409&entry=ttu).

The 55th St point location is fine as-is due to being centered on the overpass.

If it were up to me I'd move the point.

ODOT TIMS says that segment is still I-490, and since that agrees with signage, I don't see a need to change anything.
