Can a point be added to M-37 for 44th Street Southeast (44St), which leads to Grand Rapids International Airport?

I could use a point at 4 Mile Rd north of I-96.  I used 4 Mile Rd and West River Dr to get to M-37 from US 131 so I could truly clinch I-296.
