Title: MI: MI 43 Point Request

I could use a point at Blue Star Hwy (CR A2) though there are already points nearby.  I think it is best to create this new point to replace those shaping points.

CRA2 deserves the visible point more than AylAve, and AylAve is too close to CRA2 to justify two waypoints, so AylAve has been made an alt label for CRA2.
