Title: Rail: CT EssexSteamTrain route 'revision'

I did not see a separate "folder" for posting updates to the in-development railway systems database.

The Essex Steam Train 'northern mid-way point' is actually further north than the riverboat transfer point. I rode this train in 2023, from Essex to the Riverboat Landing. While the end points are correct, the train ride itself actually extends further north closer to Chester.  Once the train reaches that point, it pauses and then runs in reverse back to the Riverboat Landing.

Just realized this was never fixed.
