I was just in Santa Fe and there are no signs for this, at least between US84/285 and PasPer_E.

The one-way system in Downtown Santa Fe makes a big mess of where to go after turning right at this sign (https://www.google.com/maps/@35.6860509,-105.9379528,3a,75y,290.23h,83.83t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1se0N44VIkoD_dYuo6AW038w!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?coh=205409&entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI0MDgyOC4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D) between those two points, but it does imply the routing we have. Has that sign been removed?
However there signage does seem scarce - it does look, from a cursory glance at historic GMSV, that there's been quite a lot of work done one the roads in downtown, and the corridor to I-25 that includes (former?) NM14, which may have removed signs that were used to create the route (though IIRC, it was fairly poorly signed anyway)
This is a note to self to do a deep dive on this route.

Hmmm, I didn't see that sign, but I don't think I walked that block. Perhaps it only exists east of the plaza?

I was thinking that would be a sensible and easy to do outcome, but as I was looking to see whether former NM14 had any signs, in the hope of not finding any (or better yet, seeing that they had been removed), I saw this sign (https://www.google.com/maps/@35.6118316,-106.0339943,3a,15y,47.5h,88.94t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sHLJmISJtPRFIvO6DcfJYvg!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?coh=205409&entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI0MDkwMi4xIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D) still there last December.
