Title: Wrong Date on Site Updates?

The two route updates below are listed as taking place back in June, but they actually occurred 5 days ago according to:  https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/7670


2024-06-24   (USA) Louisiana   LA 813-3   la.la08133   Truncated at west end from US 167 to Hodge city limits
2024-06-24   (USA) Louisiana   LA 828   la.la0828   Truncated at west end from LA 33 to Farmerville city limits


I'm not sure if this is a problem that needs to be addressed, but I wanted to point it out just in case.

I almost accidentally changed the LA 3241 date even though I verified that it was correct.
