Title: CA: CA-210 HOV exit (Beech Ave)

There's an HOV exit on CA-210 for Beech Ave that needs to be added.  It's between exits 64B & 66.

It's been open since at least 2007 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/JGkxvu1Asda8QVTYA), per GSV.

It has full ramps going in each direction.

Thanx. https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/7688 More to follow on the other Southern California exit changes you mentioned.

It doesn't help me keep up with new HOV exits that Caltrans' freeway exit lists only cover numbered exits, don't include unnumbered HOV exits.
