Title: ROU: Timisoara SE bypass opened

The extension of https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?r=rou.dnct opened to traffic today: https://www.skyscrapercity.com/posts/189956547/
I wonder if DNCT is the right name. OSM indicates it being DNVTM. 2024 GSV does not indicate any road number for the northern bypass (I just checked at some junction though, not the whole route).
