Seems that while I have it where the AADT says it goes 'NA' @ the western side of the draw bridge in Port Dover, it's still signed fully to the intersection of Walker/Main Street 0.15 miles to the west of the bridge, where the signage then transitions to RR-6. It's been signed like this since at least 2009 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/XP914HK96HH5AeyJA). And that ON-6 shield was even replaced with a newer one by 2021 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Ye86pNoGYTv2TTPm9).
I intend to extend ON-6 to that intersection as 'MainSt'.
Will be submitting this with my next Ontario update once I find out if a new interchange on another part of ON-6 is open yet (https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=59.msg2942800#msg2942800).

So, question for everyone here.
Should I just move the 'StPatSt' label to the new 'MainSt' point as a hidden label to prevent list breakage (and thus no need for a news entry)?
Or, should I keep the 'StPatSt' as-is (minus adding an *), and add the 'MainSt' point (which would require a news update)?

I would go with the second option.

I would go with the second option.
That's the way I honestly was leaning from the start, just wanted some extra opinions.
Change submitted.
