Title: ITA: E840's west end

E840 (https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?r=ita.e840&lat=40.651569&lon=8.709111&zoom=14) should be routed via SS729 expressway, not via the old SS597 highway. It's rarely signed but it's signed well on SS131's exit.
