Title: ITA: A19's west end

A19 (https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?r=ita.a019&lat=38.089268&lon=13.386229&zoom=16) should be truncated from ViaOre to ViaEmiGia since the end of motorway (https://maps.app.goo.gl/5JyPVHXmaJx1Kx2n7) and beginning of motorway (https://maps.app.goo.gl/BxCFiA7zN6YaXah87) signs are there.

Looking at the signs last segment of that truncated route is actually A19Dir.

@si404, I think it's fine now. Marking solved assuming that you just forgot it.
