Title: CHE: A2/E35 at H13

OSM shows a SB onramp open on A2/E35 at H13. Google too, along with a NB offramp. Bing... maybe?
In June 2023 (https://www.google.com/maps/@46.1908284,9.0066806,3a,65.8y,29.29h,96.23t/data=!3m9!1e1!3m7!1svEtkAngA1-R_Zv2mUTneJg!2e0!7i16384!8i8192!9m2!1b1!2i50?coh=205409&entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI0MTAwMi4xIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D) construction was coming along quite well, but it looked like there was still a ways to go.
Is this in fact open?

SB opened on 2024-09-25 at 5AM CET :D NB will be opened in January: https://www.skyscrapercity.com/posts/190157221/
