Title: TUR: Vize + Poyralı bypasses

D20 got two bypasses: https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?r=tur.d020&lat=41.605429&lon=27.669497&zoom=13

Vize bypass seems to be I39-31. That means, D20 just needs wps for it.
Poyralı bypass seems to be a relocation of D20 and D565.

I'm the only affected traveler losing mileage :D

Vize Bypass is also D020, I39-31 just intersects it. The change should come with the next update.
