Title: CA: CA 86 point in Brawley

I only used CA 86 (and the concurrent Historic US 99) from Main St to K St in Brawley today (I can recommend the enchiladas at Nana Dora's).  I'd like a point at K St or nearby to claim that short segment.  It looks like LegSt to the south is not in use so maybe this can be done without adding an additional waypoint, just moving that one.
