New -> TreRd (https://maps.app.goo.gl/nn5NDQfBwav8DFm4A) - New interchange here. Google claims it's open, OSM says still under-construction. Both however, claim the overpass is open at least. A conversation with a person familiar with the area confirmed that the Trebein exit has not opened yet, so I will hold off for now, assuming it will be numbered. Rest changed. https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/7837
