Title: NV: NV894 endpoint

I noticed that NV894's endpoint in the HB is about a mile north of where it should be. Pavement ends, and the first reassurance sign is not at the Shoshone location, but at the Minerva location, at about 38.831217, -114.392207. There's no Streetview, but on the satellite image, you can see a turnaround right before the road goes southeast.

I'll try and take care of it tomorrow. I want to confirm against NDOT records before I make the change (this is one of the routes I haven't gotten around to verifying yet, either with GIS or on the ground), but the GIS layers I need are currently offline for maintenance.
