Title: SWE: E22 Fjälkinge - Gualöv

The new interchange should be opened on Oct 25. Need to wait till OSM will be updated. Two wps needs to be converted to hidden wps, and a new wp needs to be added. Not sure if I also have to merge the swemot routes.
