Title: NY: NY9A/NY100 Missing Interchange

NY9A and NY100 are missing a point for the interchange with the Taconic State Pkwy just north of NY117. Agreed, especially since the Taconic State Parkway has Exit 5 in it's file.

Of course however, no graph connection here should be made, as the routes don't cross over each other.
