Title: NY: US-1 point suggestions

NEW -> AllAve (connects to Bronx River Parkway Exit 8 )
GunHillRd
NEW -> Baychester Ave (connects down to I-95 Exit 12)
NY22
NorAve -> need recentered, as US-1 is on split road there.  Point is currently only on the NB lanes.
NEW -> RivSt (connects up to I-95 Exit 16)
NY125
MamAve
NY127
NEW -> route almost goes out of tolerance right here between the two points.  Recommend adding a point in this area.  Your choice where.

NEW -> MillSt (connects over to CT I-95 Exit 2)

RivSt named Echo Ave instead, as it has that name at both US1 intersections.

Oops. Meant to note that.
If adding shaping points to places out of tolerance means adding shaping points to places almost out of tolerance, does that in turn mean adding shaping points to places almost almost out of tolerance?
Not buyin' it. 8) Going no-build on that.
