Title: CT: US-1 tolerance issues

Currently, CT US-1 goes out of tolerance in a few places.  Should be addressed.

Areas:
CT153 <-> CT166
CT215_W <-> AllSt

Just thought you'd like to know this yakra so it could be fixed. :)
