Title: HI: Route Changes on Big Island

Seems that Hawaii DOT has axed 3 (2 shown) and added one.

New: 210 - Mauna Kea Access Road to the observatory (first 6 miles)
Dropped: 240 (19 to the Waipio lookout)
Dropped: 160 (11 to the national historic park)

210 is unsigned. I verified that on the ground, another prominent road enthusiast verified last week. The others, yeah, explains a lot.

The deletion of HI 160 and HI 240 are easy enough. But when I get back home (mad dash east from my western adventures), I'll also check what if anything needs to be changed on the other islands.
