Title: OR: US30BusOnt inaccurate geometry

Near the northern/western terminus of US 30 BUS in Ontario, Oregon, the route has a bit of outdated geometry. The route on the site runs along its old routing, using 20th Avenue and 9th Street, but this section was bypassed in 2014. This wouldn't change much, since no major intersections are along this section, but it would be nice to fix.

Fixed locally. Will submit once I finish drafting the Karnataka state highways.

Interestingly, I saw the Bus 30 referring to Bus 201... which isn't in the browser. That tag renamed to IdaAve.
