Title: IRL: R118/R138 point request

Hello,

I would like to have a pair of points on the R118 and R138 at their junctions with Booterstown Avenue, which I used to travel between the two routes.

Note that while OpenStreetMap calls Booterstown Avenue the L1003, it is only signposted as Booterstown Avenue.

Added, both points are called 'BooAve'
