Title: FRA-IDF: old end of A16 south of Chambly

FRA-IDF D78-95 D301 should probably be changed to *OldA16, and FRA-IDF A16 should have a point to match. This was bypassed in 2019 according to WikiSara (https://routes.fandom.com/wiki/Route_nationale_fran%C3%A7aise_1).
