Title: FRA-BFC N5 west end

Should the west end be farther south on N83? This would also absorb a bit of FRA-BFC D259-39.

The southern bypass of Poligny was not yet signed as N route back in 2018 (west  end (https://maps.app.goo.gl/FvXLHWEDX7cLa6BW7) / east end (https://maps.app.goo.gl/hGxXmxDnWygoNsVc9)), but is since minimum October 2019 (west  end (https://maps.app.goo.gl/JJAn677YQTtx3ARu5) / east end (https://maps.app.goo.gl/dxzdhpYp6PGpv21R9)).
