Segment opening is from FL 21 to US 17.

Can't wait for exit number verification. ;)  Wanna make sure I have the right numbers when I put it onto the site.  I'm sure some people will travel the new segment day 1.

Got you covered James!
Drove the new section of the First Coast Expressway today with JP (roadman65).
The toll road is open from U.S. 17 northward; the portion connecting the south end with SR 16 is not complete and substantial work is still needed for that connection.
Additionally ramps are not open from SR 16 to SR 23 south and from SR 23 north to SR 16 as well.

Exit number verification:
SR 21 - Exit 31
CR 739/Henley Rd - Exit 28
CR 216/Cathedral Oak Pkwy - Exit 23
SR 16 - Exit 20
U.S. 17 - Exit 13

Will leave this thread as unsolved till the US-17 <-> Shands Bridge segment is opened.
