Title: AR: AR 7S (Hot Springs) Decommissioned

Not sure if this is enough proof but I believe this was included in a minute order from a while ago for this route to be removed, I noticed that the signs were removed from AR 7 back in September, though I never got any photos of the intersection. The AR 7S shields have been removed from US 70B, and no signage exists on the route now.
