2. GovRd>-WilRd_E (anyway points should probably be added at both ends of the split from Williamsburg Ave/Rd and at the Stony Run Rd/Government Rd intersection to make US 60's alignment clear in this area)

Since you went WilAve_S at the Williamsburg Ave split, I think now that this should be WilRd_W.
