Title: VA: VA-92 (Clover) issues

SR746 -> SR1002 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/6fVF9Fu6SX4iLEAn9)

and/or

relocate the 'SR746' point to 'Church Street (https://maps.app.goo.gl/tMMiMiTtXrA6m56Z6)', as that's the correct location for it.
