Title: SVK: I66 rerouted at border to Poland

I66 routing was confusing in 2019 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/GiQ2LRxRs4ZZdsmVA) and earlier but is clearly routed differently than we have in HB since minimum 2023 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/SzDZJEN6dfRRrJAz8). Confirmed by OSM + GM.
