Title: OK: US-75 issues

NEW -> Exit 8 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/nznpGecmykyoypCz7) - Will need to be added to US-69 as well.
OK3_W -> needs recentered, as it's way off of the intersection
PeoAve -> Shouldn't this be centered on the overpass instead of the gore point?

PeoAve may have been put where it was to double as a shaping point.
Either way, the overpass is within tolerance. Moved.
