Weird that when StiCon -> OK312 (https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/commit/a985a55e4a4b7b610466f137315633a313e9ff37), I determined plain 20 was wrong, but didn't get hip to 20A, for which there was GMSV at the time.
Anyway. Fixed. (https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/8259/commits/dc172308a75108de0bef9c4bfdd0eb077596655b)
