Title: NM: NM65, NM605 endpoints
Post by: vespertine on February 16, 2025, 04:35:41 pm
Been doing some online roadgeeking, and noticed a couple of endpoints which could use some altering.

1) NM65 looks to actually go through El Porvenir and, if 15.5 miles, end maybe just shy of crossing Beaver Creek to get to the Christian camp. The NMDOT Milepost map (https://arcg.is/1HKDO91) confirms NM65 take this stretch, as well as this sign (https://maps.app.goo.gl/PWduHW9rN69iveWm7) indicating a turn. Just a heads up: there is some user generated GMSV content around here that does not conform/is off by a bit, so beware if you're exploring this and looking at that data for information.

2) NM605 ends not in San Mateo itself, but just to the north. Again, NMDOT (https://arcg.is/0jqX590) shows this and GMSV (https://maps.app.goo.gl/a8y4T8wRD7Fuy3xm6) shows an End State Maintenance sign.
