Title: VA: Southwest VA Point Concerns (2025 Round 1)

US 23 BUS (Norton):
1. BlaIndPRd should be shortened.
2. I think SR619 should be changed to 11thSt.
3. VA283 should be relabeled as a secret designation.

US 58 ALT (Abingdon): 
1. Consider replacing shaping points with visible points.
2.  I think the VA158 labels should be switched.
