Title: TX: TXSpr334 Partial Closure

I was traveling through Seymour, Texas a few months ago, and the very west end of Spur 334 (*US183 to CR403) appears to be permanently closed with jersey barriers blocking the road to minimize through traffic. Based on GSV, it appears to have been closed since 2009, or 16 years. Can confirm that the rest of the route is open.
