Checking out GMSV, while there still isn't signage on the route itself, there is approach junction signage for AR23W here (https://maps.app.goo.gl/izsbRHpVpBF6sFWQ9) and here (https://maps.app.goo.gl/GgmPDPHBPeGSmVAc9) on AR23. Maybe this warrants AR23W for inclusion in the HB?

I would think so. That is basically the criteria for the VA 3XX facility routes.
