Title: TX: Waypoint Question

TXLp109 - The south waypoint is labelled TX95_S, but TX 95 is concurrent with US 290.  Should it be US290/95?

Probably the idea was to consider TXLp109 a notional child of TX95.
But yeah, US290 should probably take precedence here.
Changed. TX95_N changed to plain TX95 too as the _N i no longer needed to disambiguate.
