Title: MO: MO 139 Point Concern in Bosworth

On MO 139, the point MOsM_W is incorrectly placed at the intersection of South Street and Missouri Avenue. Highway M actually turns off of South Street onto Kansas Avenue (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.471471,-93.3373438,3a,75y,104.23h,78.16t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sEE_e5VwR8UA5OF59_AXYVQ!2e0!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fcb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile%26w%3D900%26h%3D600%26pitch%3D11.843087296775423%26panoid%3DEE_e5VwR8UA5OF59_AXYVQ%26yaw%3D104.23152156889992!7i16384!8i8192?authuser=0&entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI1MDMxOC4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D), so the point should be moved to the intersection of Kansas Avenue and Missouri Avenue (and I would appreciate a point there, as that is where I turned off of MO 139).
