There seems to be a completely random isolated on-ramp to I-35 SB (https://maps.app.goo.gl/G8WTyRHDWjucZKTw6) between Exits 91 & 99 that has no other corresponding ramps for it. It's been around since the beginning of GSV in '07. Not sure how you'd want to go around labeling it.

NEW -> 197 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/wthsiVJmywPjKeHN8) - Opened between Mar '21 & Nov '21.
NEW -> 198 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/padFu6x5sSHM7X5X7) - Opened between July '19 & Jan '22. Originally opened as 196 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/SnvYxuLvsLM2VyUBA) till becoming 198 in June '22.

271 -> recenter. They've split traffic there onto 2 bridges now.
298 -> *298 or removed entirely. Ramp became part of 299 between Nov '16 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/L3vpT5pF8sSzUVsF7) & May '18 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/mfS97mupSFfgoY3S6) after removal of the original 299 NB ramp.
NEW -> 309 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/v8KDRj8foGp3Lree8) - Opened sometime between Dec '18 & Apr '21.
318A -> *318A

334B -> *334B - closed between Apr '22 & Sept '22 when new ramps for 335A opened and bypassed 8th St completely.

^^ - This entire area (334-336) got reconfigured between Oct '15 & Sept '22. US-77 will also need the adjustments.
