TX 5 has been truncated on its south end from Exchange Pkwy to FM 2786/Stacy Rd. Here is the minute order (https://publicdocs.txdot.gov/minord/MinuteOrderDocLib/115139.pdf).
Signs removed at former south end (https://maps.app.goo.gl/fBeW3t4Hwe6tnP496).
Signs removed at FM 2786 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/GCfiGqSf7JmmTs79A).
Signs have also been removed on FM 2786, which has itself been truncated west of TX 5.
