Title: CA: CA84Rye

The east end is listed as "WestSacLim" but the point is about half a mile south of where OSM shows said city limit as being. So, either the point is in the wrong spot, the point is incorrectly labeled, or OSM is incorrect about where the city limit is.

Postmile reference agrees with you, current point is about 1800 ft south of where it should be. I'll make that change after I finish work.
