Title: NC: bad point label in us321busblo?

NC/usausb/nc.us321busblo.wpt has US221W as a point label, but it should probably be US221_W (see map (https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?units=miles&u=oxlahun&r=nc.us321busblo)).

Actually US221_W should be US221_S. 

Also on US 221, US321Bus should be US321Bus_S.
