N2a is partly built around Vushtrri
N2 interchanges between R128 and CarDus
N9 interchange between R7_E and MirPos, R110 and R7_W

We have no specific maintainer for Kosovo. Feel free to fix it.

As far as N2a goes, would these signs: west end (https://www.mapillary.com/app/?lat=42.85457235558491&lng=20.9433468685927&z=17.315120959262696&focus=photo&pKey=746988963357843&x=0.6945849675815864&y=0.3924018491649397&zoom=1.1461317352032594), west end (https://www.mapillary.com/app/?lat=42.854131816717995&lng=20.939112150874962&z=17.200224039749553&pKey=693825702531762&focus=photo), east end (https://www.mapillary.com/app/?lat=42.839638386489&lng=20.983948848433&z=17.31512095926271&pKey=728884345461593&focus=photo) mean that it's actually a rerouted N2? Or is this common Kosovo practice for implied 'to'?
